Apps that log symptoms or name a perimenopause mode
Balance
Symptom tracking and articles, including before a consultation. The homepage names perimenopause and menopause, along with postnatal depression, endometriosis, and PCOS. No hormone sensor is described. Balance says the app does not prescribe. On October 15, 2026 Balance+ was listed at £4.99 a month or £49.99 a year, with a 14-day trial you can cancel before day 14. The page says prices may vary by location, and that the subscription helps keep the rest of the app free.
Clue
The perimenopause page describes a mode to track and understand changes, and names hot flashes, sleep changes, and cycle-length changes. It describes hormone changes and does not describe a hormone sensor. The perimenopause page does not say the mode requires Clue Plus, and it does not list a dollar price. Clue's homepage says you can create a free account.
Flo
The homepage says Flo is used for periods, ovulation, pregnancy, and perimenopause, and that the app offers support for perimenopause symptoms. It does not describe a hormone test. Flo Premium is optional. The Flo Premium page describes monthly and yearly plans and does not print a dollar price.
Caria
On October 15, 2026 Caria's page called the menopause app free. It says you can log symptoms, follow expert-guided programs, and use a community, for perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. That page did not list a paid plan, a hormone test, or a prescription. Posts from other people are not a clinician.
Health & Her
On October 15, 2026 the app page said the app is free on iOS and Android. You log how you feel, triggers, and periods if you are still having them. The page names menstrual cycles, hormonal contraception, HRT, perimenopause, and menopause. It does not describe a hormone sensor. The company also sells supplements. Those prices are not the app price. Tracking is not a diagnosis.
Natural Cycles
The perimenopause page describes a stage assessment, daily insights, and cycle and symptom analysis using temperature from wearables. It does not describe a urine hormone test, and it does not print a separate price. The homepage describes annual and monthly plans and did not print a dollar price on October 15, 2026. The 18+, no-STI-protection, 93% typical-use, and 98% perfect-use lines describe birth-control use, not the perimenopause mode. Regulatory clearance is not a promise that the method will work for you.
Ovia
The menopause page says the app tracks perimenopause and menopause symptoms over time, including cycle, mood, and symptom changes. It does not describe a hormone test, and it does not list a dollar price. Ovia is often offered through an employer or health plan. Confirm what is included.
The comparison rows are on Menopause apps. PCOS questions sit on PCOS apps. That guide does not diagnose PCOS.
