Trademarks, images and takedowns
Names, logos, app icons, and product photos on this site identify someone else's product. They are not a partnership, and they are not an endorsement of Jaan Labs.
Nominative use
A product name or logo is shown only to identify that product and, on a comparison page, to tell it apart from the others. The mark is the one the company published. It is not redrawn, recolored, or placed inside the Jaan Labs mark. It is no larger than a reader needs to recognize the product.
Images
App icons and product photos come from that company's own public pages, its app store listing, or its press materials. The listing's Sources section links the page the image came from. Nothing is changed except resizing and cropping so the image fits its tile. If an image cannot be traced to one of those sources, the listing shows a cream tile with that product's initial, set in rust. It is not a logo we invented for that company.
No affiliation or endorsement
Using a name, logo, or photo does not mean that company sponsors Jaan Labs, is affiliated with Jaan Labs, or endorses anything published here. A placement a company paid for is labeled as a sponsor. Rankings are not for sale. The editorial policy says how products are chosen, and the disclosure says how a commission or a sponsor is labeled.
Takedown and corrections
A rights holder can email hello@getjaan.com with the page URL and what they want changed. We respond within 5 business days and remove or replace a disputed image promptly.
A copyright notice should include:
- Identification of the work you own
- The URL of the page where it appears
- Your name and a way to reach you
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
Accuracy
Names, prices, features, and images come from each company's public materials as of the Checked date on that page. Prices and features change after that date. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.
