Terms
How to use this directory.
Effective October 16, 2026. These terms are between you and Jaan Labs LLC. They cover the tools directory and the other pages that use this footer. They are not the terms of the Jaan iPhone app.
The short version
You can read the directory for free. The listings are descriptions of other companies’ products, not medical advice, and not a ranking we sell. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the directory.
What you are using
Jaan Labs LLC publishes the tools directory at getjaan.com/tools, the comparison guides, and the hub pages that share this footer. Jaan Labs LLC is a limited liability company in Alaska, United States. The directory names real products and links to each company’s own site. We do not review or rank the Jaan app here.
Not medical advice
Nothing in the directory diagnoses, treats, or predicts a pregnancy, a cycle, or a mood condition. Predictions and home tests can be wrong. A listing is a starting point. Talk with a qualified clinician about your health. If you may be in danger, contact local emergency services. In the US, call or text 988.
Affiliate links and sponsors
Some links may be affiliate links. If you buy or sign up through one, Jaan Labs LLC may earn a commission. You do not pay extra because of that. A sponsor, when a slot is open, is labeled. Payment and commissions do not change which products are included, the order of a guide, or the words in a review. The full note is the affiliate disclosure. The sponsor offer, including price, is on the sponsor page.
The newsletter
Signing up is optional. You send an email address so we can write when a listing changes. The address is stored by Brevo on the directory newsletter list. You can ask us to remove it. Details are in theprivacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law with your use of the directory
- Interfere with the site or try to get access you were not given
- Copy the directory in bulk, or present our words as your own review, without written permission
- Use a listing to claim that we endorse a medical outcome
Our words, and yours
The writing, design, and selection of this directory belong to Jaan Labs LLC or its licensors. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. A listing is not a partnership with that company unless the page says sponsor. You keep the email address you submit. We use it only as the privacy policy describes.
No warranty
The directory is provided as is. Prices, features, and links change. A page can be out of date the day after we check it. We do not warrant that a listing is complete, that a link will keep working, or that a product will do what its maker says.
To the extent the law allows, Jaan Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the directory, or from a product you reach through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law forbids that limit.
Law and disputes
These terms use the laws of the State of Alaska, except where a consumer law where you live must apply instead. Please email hello@getjaan.com before starting a formal claim. We aim to answer within three business days. If a dispute still needs a court, the courts in Anchorage, Alaska, are the forum, unless a mandatory consumer rule lets you file where you live.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Using the directory after that date means these are the terms in effect.
