Menopause apps, from each company's own page.

Checked October 15, 2026. The order is not a ranking. Each row is what the app is, what the site says it covers, whether a subscription is part of the product, and the price that page printed.

How we chose

What had to be on the company's own site.

A product is here when its own site describes an app, or a mode inside an app, for perimenopause or menopause, and we could read whether it is free or paid. Balance, Clue, Flo, Caria, Health & Her, Natural Cycles, and Ovia met that test. Clinics that prescribe are in the directory and are not in this table.
