Best forAn in-bra pump when leak-proof bags and a 4 oz limit are the facts you need.

Who it's for
People who want phone or Apple Watch control and can stay inside a 4 oz container per side.

Willow's 360 page says the pump is 100% leak-proof and hospital-grade, with app control and 360 Care. It describes 7 suction levels, up to −245 mmHg, and says the app can run from a phone or an Apple Watch. A FAQ on that page says the Willow app is available for iOS 14 and higher and Android 10 and higher. The included milk bags are 4 oz, and the page says bags or containers hold up to 4 oz a side, 8 oz total. The box list names 24 mm flanges and 21 mm inserts. The page says the pump is clinically tested and FDA cleared, and that the battery lasts up to 5 sessions. The shop badges it HSA/FSA. Flange size and supply questions belong with a lactation consultant or clinician. This listing does not size a flange.

Pros

  • The page says the bags hold 4 oz a side and describes 7 hospital-grade levels, up to −245 mmHg.
  • It says the app works on iOS 14 and higher and Android 10 and higher, including from an Apple Watch.

Cons

  • The sale price was $349.99, against a $499.99 list price. The page says the pump shuts off when the 4 oz container is full.
  • FDA cleared is Willow's wording for this pump. It is not a promise about supply. Ask a lactation consultant about flange size.
